VinStreet sells Grade A second-hand (vintage) clothing. For more information regarding sizing and garment condition, please refer to our Sizing / Condition page.
Quality & Condition
All garments are professionally laundered and carefully inspected before dispatch. Items are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and accurately described.
As vintage clothing, garments may show signs of age such as minor fading, fabric wear, or distressing. These characteristics are considered normal.
Mystery Boxes
Mystery box contents are selected at random by VinStreet. While we aim to meet customer preferences, final selections are curated exclusively by our team.
Sizing
Due to the nature of second-hand clothing, original size labels may be missing or inaccurate. Each garment is measured and assigned a “fits as” size.
Legwear sizing is based on the original manufacturer’s tag. We recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Shipping
All orders are hand-picked and curated individually. Dispatch times may vary depending on order size and availability.
Romania: 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–7 working days
Returns & Cancellations
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date the goods are received, in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.
To request a return, customers must contact VinStreet via email with a clear statement. Only authorised returns will be accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned items or proof of return is received, using the original payment method.
The cost of returning non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.
