Refund Policy
VinStreet sells second-hand vintage clothing. Under Romanian and EU consumer law, we are not required to accept returns if a customer changes their mind after purchase.
Refunds or exchanges are only available if an item is received faulty or damaged beyond normal vintage wear and tear. Incorrect sizing or style preferences do not qualify for a refund.
Because our mystery boxes are hand-picked and completely random, we cannot offer returns if the items do not match your personal style or favorite brands. Purchases are made at your own risk.
If a return or exchange is approved, the responsibility for shipping the item back to VinStreet lies with the customer.
All sales are final except in the cases described above.
