Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. The processing time might get delayed in case of any unforeseen disturbance such as political unrest, strike, natural disaster, pandemic etc.

Our Logistic Partners


We are availing services of reputed courier service providers to ensure that the product received by our customers is in good condition and within in given time frame. In case, when the delivery location is not served by any courier service available, we use services of India Post to delivery that particular order.

How Long Does It Take For An Order To Arrive?


Most of the time, we dispatch all orders with in 2 business days. After dispatch, it will take 5-10 working days for an order to arrive at your door step. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How Delivery Charges Are Calculated?


Shipping charges varies according to the weight and delivery location. Charges are created in a slab of 500g, every additional 500g adds up the extra shipping charges to the total. We try to charge our customers with a least possible amount. You will see the calculated shipping amount during the checkout process and before moving to the payment gateway. Price of the product on our website is inclusive of all taxes except Octroi/Local Body Tax. So, there will be an extra Octroi/LBT charges in case the delivery state enforced Octroi/LBT.

Can I Change Delivery Address?


We accept address change request only if the product is not dispatched from our side. You can contact our customer support to confirm the real time status of the order, if it is not shipped we will accept your request. Extra shipping charges may apply if the delivery state is different from the state you provided during order placement.

Can I Cancel My Order?


We can cancel your order upon your request only if the product is not shipped by us. Product once shipped can not be cancelled. Please contact our customer care to place your cancellation request.

How Can I Track My Order After Shipment?


Once the product is shipped you will get notified through e-mail with order Tracking information including AWB/Reference number of consignment and a tracking link where you can track the shipment using AWB/Reference number.

What Can I Do If Order Not Received After 10 Days Of Shipment


Please contact our customer care, if you do not receive your order with 10 days of shipment. Our team will take follow-up from courier service provider and give you options once the consignment is tracked, you can either choose to get full refund or you can ask to attempt the delivery. If the consignment is lost in transit we will give you refund equal to your order amount of that particular consignment.
