Product That Comes With Warranty

If you are facing problems with product that comes with manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer to raise a complaint or file a claim. If you are not satisfied with manufacturer’s response, please get in touch with our customer support, we will help you regarding the same.

If Parcel Is Damaged On Arrival


At the time of product delivery, if you feel that the packaging is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it. Inform the same to our customer care executive and provide your Oder ID, we will arrange for a replacement with no additional cost.

How To Request For Return/Refund, If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Product?


If you receive different or damaged product, please contact us within given time frame as mentioned in the description of product page. Please follow the steps below to file a return request.

  1. Click some photographs of the product. Take pictures in such a way that the problem is clearly visible.
  2. E-mail the images and describe the problem along with Order ID at support@vinstreet.com. Please mention your Order ID in subject line.

After analyzing your claim we will initiate a either full refund or send the replacement for the product. You can call us or write to us if you are not happy with the provided resolution by visiting our Contact Support page.

Not Happy With The Product? You Can Self Return


If you are not happy with the product or the product is no longer needed, you can return the product back to us by following the steps given below.

  1. Dispatch the item within given time frame as mentioned in the description of product page.
  2. Please pack the item properly so that it can bear the transport stress.
  3. Send the item back to Selvi, F1 / 56 Sultanpuri, New Delhi-110086.
  4. You will bear the shipping charges to return the product.
  5. E-mail the picture of parcel and Tracking ID/AWB Number of consignment at support@vinstreet.com
  6. We will send the replacement for the product or will initiate the refund for the product to your original mode of payment.

Please be informed that our only moto for running this website is to provide products at the lowest price possible to our customers. For that reason we are only targeting for serious buyers and serious sellers so that it could be win-win situation for both.

Products Are Not Eligible For Return/Replacement If


  1. The original packaging or product is damaged or used.
  2. The original packaging or any accessories including retail box, manuals other items included with the product(s) at the time of delivery is/are missing.
  3. The main product is missing.
  4. The Refund/Replacement request raised after the stipulated time frame.

Can You Cancel The Order?


We ship all orders at the end of the day and tracking details are updated soon after the shipment. We can cancel your order upon your request only if the product is not shipped by us. Product once shipped can not be cancelled.
